Summer Solstice is right around the corner and we mean to celebrate it! This seasonal shift invites us to continue to embrace our work with grounding and nurturing ourselves, while adding a pinch of get-up-and-go. Let’s get inspired by sound to activate, be it creativity or activism, be it taking a pensive walk or throwing a party. This time of year can be curated to your tastes. We look forward to helping you discover what you need and want out of Summer by working with the energy center most related to it, Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura).

SETUP

Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.

What are my parking options for the event?

Ample Street Parking is available. Meters are free on Sundays.

What can I bring into the event?

Whatever makes you comfortable! Cozy clothes and yoga mats are needed. Pillows and blankets are encouraged. Special trinkets or stones are welcome.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds. But feel free to pass your ticket along to someone else if you are unable to come.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Nope. Just let us know your name upon entry.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. Your ticket is transferable to another person for this event.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes. Just explain that to us upon arrival.

Will I be able to get in if I'm late?

Absolutely! We understand how difficult it is to get around in this city. Gates will not be locked until 15 minutes after the start time of the event. So, if the event starts at 7pm, you will have until 7:15pm to get in.

Why are there 2 prices?

Our events have been $30 for a long time and we want to continue to offer that option. However, because we would like to continue doing this into the distant future, we have added a $35 option. Please simply choose the option that makes financial sense to you. We are happy to have you join us!

Modular Sound Bath

A duo interested in raising vibrations via direct tonal healing. Our sound baths stimulate the 7 chakras, bringing participants into a more balanced and aware state of being. The steadiness of our crystal singing bowls pairs beautifully with the varied arrangements available with Modular Synthesis, sometimes melding the frequencies seamlessly, and sometimes adding some texture to the relaxing hum of the bowls. This approach to sound gives participants an opportunity to travel, to take a journey through their minds. We’ve had students tell us it felt like they were traveling through space, that memories were induced, that it felt similar to an acid trip (but safe), and that this is the most effective way they’ve found to approach meditation and deep present awareness.
