Alison Martin is the Founder and Chief Program Officer at Engage Mentoring, a firm that provides mentoring and coaching programs for leaders and high potentials that deliver results. With Alison’s impressive background of work and nearly 20 years of experience in higher education and nonprofits, she served as the Executive Director at two different health-related nonprofit organizations.
Alison’s passion for developing talent and belief that every employee deserves the opportunity to reach their greatest potential inspired her to start Engage Mentoring in 2012. During this time, she authored "Learning to Lead Through Mentoring", in which she offers readers a framework to understand what to look for in a mentor and provides perspectives from other leaders on how mentoring impacted their careers.
