Modeling Speed Open Call

Join us for an exciting SPEED OPEN CALL CASTING event in Dumbo, Brooklyn. We're looking for fresh faces and talent to star in our upcoming projects. No experience is necessary; bring your enthusiasm and personality! Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your skills and be seen by me in person.

Speed model casting will include a red buzzer, similar to talent competitions like America’s Got Talent or The Voice, where the buzzer is used for instant feedback or elimination.

• Each model has limited time (30 seconds to 5 minutes) to present themselves.
• Red buzzer: Will be used by the judge to eliminate a model from consideration because model does not meet requirements or other varies reasons.

By purchasing this ticket, you are accepting the terms below.

1. Grant of RightsTalent hereby grants the Producer the right to record, use, and distribute the Talent's name, likeness, voice, performance, and any other representations of the Talent in connection with the production, exhibition, and promotion of the project on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok but not for compensation.

2. Use of Image and LikenessTalent agrees that the Producer may use their name, image, voice, and likeness in all media, now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, worldwide, and in any form, including promotional and educational purposes related to the Project.

3. CompensationTalent acknowledges and agrees that the Producer will not be required to pay compensation for using Talent's likeness, voice, or performance as described herein. I, Nico Losado, will not use any recorded/ edited material to profit from it; it will be strictly used for non-monetary online content.

4. Release of LiabilityTalent hereby releases the Producer, its employees, agents, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of the right of publicity arising from or related to the use of Talent’s image, voice, or performance.

5. No Obligation to UseTalent acknowledges that the Producer is not obligated to use the material recorded or produced during the Project and that the Producer may choose not to distribute or broadcast the material.

1. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the State of New York.
