As we learn the meanings and symbolism behind each chakra, you’ll be guided to paint your own chakra-inspired mandala as a meditative and expressive art practice.

Jessa is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, holistic life coach, and creative guide who specializes in shadow work, somatic healing, and self-expression through writing, movement, and art. She is also the founder of The Caim Circle—a sacred membership community for self-discovery and emotional empowerment—and an advocate for mindful, alcohol-free living.

As a mother, veteran, and lifelong seeker, Jessa blends heart, depth, and intention into every experience she leads. Whether it’s through guided breathwork, storytelling, or spiritual creativity, she helps people reconnect with their inner truth and remember the magic of who they are.
