Renee and I are looking to start a small pan-Asian deli in Bayfield offering dishes infused with the fresh, spicy flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine. Qab Qab is the name of our deli. It means So Delicious! in Hmong.

Why a fundraiser?

We're hoping to raise some money to help with start up costs to cover equipment, commercial kitchen renovations and start up wages for our staff.

Absolutely! Rich, authentic Asian flavors to add to Bayfield's food scene. Equitable and fair wages for our employees. Systems of support for our local food network and grocer businesses. And loads of fun doing what we are passionate about: creating dishes that appeal to the adventurous palate.
