Mobility Monday's at Sloans Lake

Join us for a mobility class at Sloan’s Lake, led by a licensed physical therapist. What does class look like? Think yoga’s flexible cousin who went to PT school and got obsessed with joint health.

This class focuses on improving how your joints actually move—using Functional Range Conditioning, end range strengthening, and a bunch of those hip mobility drills you keep seeing on Instagram (but done right, with coaching that actually makes them work).

We stretch, we contract, we make weird faces—and yes, it’s better than ibuprofen.

Whether you’re active, achy, or just trying to future-proof your body, this is the work your body has been waiting for.


We will meet on the northeast side of the lake just north of the parking lot on stuart street, in the clearing past the trees to the north of the parking lot. address below or see the second photo in the header for a pinned location.

We will have a table set up where you can sign in and grab a spot look for the table with the ISO health banner on it! This event is completely donation based and donations allow for us to continue to provide free events for the community.
