ADAPT, Inertia, and their communities are raising awareness and funds for men's health. Join us for a morning full of fun, sweat, and cals!

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Members of the ADAPT Community have been affected by this directly or indirectly. It's our mission to help Movember raise funds to help get men the help they need.

How are we doing this? We are hosting a 3-hour team sweat fest, powered by lululemon and featuring a workout suitable for all levels of fitness, specialty vendors, and prizes. The morning will have a massive focus on teamwork, motivating each other, and creating a supportive atmosphere. Here is the breakdown.

The workout

  • Teams of 4 - 6
  • 3 Hour Max Erg Cals
  • At the start and every hour, each teammate completes a 5 / 3km run or 1.5km walk
  • Remaining time: Max row, ski, or bike calories.

To register a team

One teammate registers a team of 4 - 6 by purchasing a $50 ticket on your team's behalf, and your ticket fee will be donated to Movember by ADAPT & Inertia

Extra donations

Donations of any amount will be welcome on the 22nd of November. The ADAPT & Inertia team will also make a donation matching the average amount of calories achieved over the 3-hour workout period.
