No experience necessary, beginners and seasoned practitioners equally welcome. Think you can't meditate? Think again...there are infinite ways to develop focused awareness, peace, comfort, and joy.

Let's come together in a space of love, compassion, and understanding as we learn how to cultivate resilience in the face of life's inevitable changes.
