The Mayor's Mentoring Alliance (MMA) will be hosting the Mentoring 102: Check and Connect training on November 18, 2021 from 12p - 1p.
About this event
Please join MMA for our upcoming Mentor 102 training, where participants engaged in this session will be able to:
- Articulate a clear understanding of trauma and its impact on behavior
- Apply key facets of trauma-informed care and open, self-aware, reflective practice to their work with youth and families
- Identify strategies for incorporating principles of trauma informed care into their mentoring service delivery
