• Two spirited cocktails: craft and enjoy two drinks of your own making.
• Light charcuterie and crusty focaccia, fresh from The Black Smock ovens, to complement your creations.


Your Instructor:
Guiding the evening is Chef McCoy, creator and co‑owner of The Speakeasy & Black Smock Parlor & Eatery alongside her husband Jeff. Known for blending food, art, and storytelling, she brings a philosophy of no gatekeeping—sharing industry secrets freely so every guest leaves with insider knowledge, confidence, and inspiration!

Refund & Credit Policy

To keep this experience personal and hands‑on, class size is limited to a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 11 guests. Because each seat is reserved exclusively for you:

• Class credit is available up to 5 days prior to the event.
• No refunds or credits will be issued within 5 days of the class.


With such an intimate group and a ticket price of $70, every reservation matters. This policy ensures we can plan ingredients, staffing, and seating with care. By offering credits up to a week in advance, we balance flexibility for our guests with the sustainability of keeping these special classes available.
