SJV Community Ownership: Mixed Uses in CLT Development: From Housing to Agriculture & Beyond.

We opened up the 2025 Community Ownership Quarterly series in the North of the San Joaquin Valley in Stockton; join us as we close now in the South in Visalia with our peers at Wukchumni Tribe and learn how they envision utilizing the recently incorporated Wukchumni Community Land Trust to hold land for housing, restoration, and conservation for future generations. Part of our time together will also include a tour of Wukchumni Farms and a discussion of 2025 SJV Community Ownership Program evaluation and planning for 2026.

Iniciamos la serie trimestral sobre propiedad comunitaria 2025 en el norte del valle de San Joaquín, en Stockton; acompáñenos ahora que cerramos en el sur, en Visalia, con nuestros compañeros de la tribu Wukchumni, y descubra cómo prevén utilizar el recientemente constituido Wukchumni Community Land Trust para conservar tierras destinadas a la vivienda, la restauración y la conservación para las generaciones futuras.
