Discover the magic of Naples’ most beloved export, the Neapolitan pizza! Like all great Italian food, the secret lies in simple, high-quality ingredients prepared with care. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to mix and knead dough to take home for a long ferment, craft a bright tomato sauce, and master techniques to achieve that irresistible crispy, charred crust in a home oven. We’ll round out the evening with a fresh seasonal salad and plenty of pizza tasting.
You’ll make:
• Neapolitan pizza dough to take home and ferment
• Fresh tomato sauce
• Neapolitan-style pizza in class
• Seasonal green salad

Class cancellations sometimes happen due to low enrollment, instructor illness, power outages, or other unforeseen issues. If that’s the case, we’ll give you advance notice whenever possible and issue a full refund
