Minni Space Community Workshop

Come join us for a FREE community STEAM workshop at Atlantic Wharf! Children of all ages are invited to team up with Minni instructors for a fun, hands-on activity every month!

Minni Space is a local business that offers programs to children of all ages out of their South End and Beacon Hill brick-and-mortar locations. Atlantic Wharf has partnered with Minni to offer a rotation of themed workshops that focus on open-ended play, material exploration, and a variety of art processes.

This event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration required. Please register entire family for headcount. Spaces are limited.

SEPTEMBER 13

MINNI LEAF PEEPERS

Students and caregivers will discover a full spectrum of fall colors! Inspired by the illustrations in Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert, students will explore a range of autumnal materials as they create leafy garlands and textural collages, complete with lots of sensory fun.

November 8

MINNI COZY QUILTS

This event is perfect for every level of fiber arts experience! Create colorful patterns and

quilt motifs by sticking soft felt shapes or learn simple stitching techniques to create

your own textile artwork. Perfect for snuggling up with your favorite stuffy and a cup of

hot cocoa!

December 13

MINNI WINTER WONDERLAND

In Minni Winter Wonderland, students and caregivers will craft and create all the

elements of a wintery landscape inspired by first snowfalls and Ezra Jack Keat’s

renowned book "The Snowy Day." A Minni instructor will guide students through a

selection of icy activities, as students explore sparkling colors and winter patterns and

textures. Bundle up and come prepared for our most magical workshop yet!
