In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build an MVP of your product, and record learnings to validate it. You’ll also learn how to design a prototype with minimum features and test your idea with your customers.

About the Leader:

Samuel Clemens is a Lecturer in the Entrepreneurial Management Unit at the Harvard Business School and General Partner at Accomplice. He specializes in product management and development for B2B software startups. He teaches Launching Technology Ventures in the MBA Elective Curriculum (a class focusing on product-market fit startups) and serves as an advisory Entrepreneur-In-Residence at HBS. At Accomplice, Sam focuses on B2B software and marketplace investments.

Accomplice is a seed-led venture capital firm that has been part of the origination story of companies including AngelList, Carbon Black, DraftKings, Hopper, PillPack, Veracode, and Zoopla. Accomplice has pioneered a community approach through platforms like Spearhead, BOSS, Rev, and TUGG. Prior to Accomplice, Clemens was co-founder & Chief Product Officer of Boston-based business analytics company InsightSquared. He was also VP Product at HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS), VP Product at BzzAgent (acquired by Tesco), and the initial product lead at Elance.com (Nasdaq: UPWK).
