What's the youngest age allowed?

The youngest age we recommend is 4 years old.

What do I need to bring?

You will just need a yoga mat and water bottle for each of you. If you don't have a yoga mat, we have one you can borrow in the studio.

Join Y6 Lead Teacher, Meg, for our special Mini Yogi & Me class! This hour long class is designed for little yogis and their favorite grown-ups. We will move, breathe, create and connect!

We’ll stretch and wiggle through playful yoga poses, learn simple breathing tricks to help us feel calm, and enjoy a magical mindfulness moment. Then it’s time to get crafty—each child will make their own mala bracelet to take home as a reminder of their peaceful power.

Bring a small stuffed animal friend—they’ll help us with poses and maybe even sneak in a cuddle or two!
