In this new exciting live online coding class, students will step into the shoes of creative problem solvers, using code to ensure the show goes on without a hitch. Guided by an expert instructor, children will explore programming concepts while having tons of fun in this Minecraft: Education Edition world (check out the cool trailer!). Find the show's missing star, unlock hidden gags, and interact with an ensemble cast. Help the Agent overcome stage fright as you solve coding puzzles backstage. Watch your coding skills shine in an epic final performance!
In order for your child to participate the class properly, it is important to install the Minecraft Education software ahead of time.

Before joining Zoom on the class day
Open Minecraft Education before class and make sure your child know how to find it.
We also recommend you stay with your child for 10min at the beginning of the first class to help set up everything. Please note that you need a Windows or Mac Computer to take this class. Chromebook can work, but it is very slow when running Minecraft and Zoom together. iPad is not supported.
Additional Notes: This free event will likely have many students attending unlike our regular classes which include 3-5 students max. To advance your coding skills with Minecraft coding, join our small group Minecraft Coding Quest classes. We will go a lot deeper into Minecraft coding and build fun structures like super long roller coasters and Minecraft mini-games, all with code!
