Mindset Matters: Aligning Intention with Action to Create a Powerful You

By True Nature+ Connection is the Medicine Foundation

Overview

Setting intentions is a powerful wellness practice that enhances mental health, supports positive mindset and fosters a sense of purpose!

Setting intentions is a powerful wellness practice that enhances mental health, promotes mindfulness, supports positive mindset and motivation, and fosters a sense of purpose.

Through intention setting, we can identify what truly matters to us and make that the center of our daily thoughts, actions and decisions, allowing us to find deep value in the journey, regardless of the specific outcome.

Join Holistic Health and Mindset Coach Kat Libby - and women like you - for an interactive workshop where we will explore the transformational power intention setting can have on our relationship with our body, our health and our deepest self.

  • Connect with your core values and what truly matters most to you
  • Practice setting intentions that align with your values, connect deeply to your heart, and that positively impact your relationship with your body, your wellness and yourself
  • Learn how to meet yourself with compassion when experiencing challenges or setbacks
  • Identify strategies to embody your intentions in your day to day life

When our thoughts and actions are from a place of love, compassion and deep personal meaning, there isn’t anything that can stand in our way. Leave feeling grounded, connected and aligned with your intentions to live your healthiest, fullest, most empowered life.

Bring your journal and an open heart!
