• 23 years as a military spouse enduring multiple deployments to the Middle East, Korea, and Africa
• Certified professional school counselor with close to 20 years’ experience working with families and at-risk youth in the areas of Academic, Social, and Emotional Well-being.
• Worked with at risk population by assisting them in navigating social and emotional circumstances while pursuing their academic goals.
• Transformed my own life by taking this journey and doing the necessary work to re-write my own narrative
• 6 years’ experience in radio and television interviewing countless individuals, as well as life experiences that have demonstrated how what we tell ourselves and what we believe about ourselves and our world, can impact our lives.

The Mindset Journey is one I have personally taken. It was a journey! It was a process! It was work! However, I am now on the other side and embracing who I have become. You can too!
