Leah, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since November 2019, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her coaching journey. With ongoing First Aid Certification since January 2021, Leah is committed to providing top-notch guidance and support to her clients.

Specializing in coaching clients on healthy habits, meal choices, and exercise programs, Leah implements effective and holistic approaches for individual and group success.

But Leah's journey goes beyond certifications and coaching techniques. At 40 years old, she woke up to the reality of being overweight, burdened by pain, anxiety, and unhealthy habits. It was a turning point that propelled her to make a lifestyle change.

Determined to change her life, Leah took action. Incorporating the five pieces of the puzzle into her daily routine, she noticed significant personal growth around the three-week mark.

This realization sparked the idea for the 21-day challenges. Committing to these challenges led to not only physical transformation but also mental resilience and mindfulness.
