Come join me for Mindfulness Session 2, a great way to kick start your new year! This second session will focus on meditation. We will practice a variety of different meditations together and I will share some practical tips for meditation.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, these sessions are open to everyone looking to improve their mental well-being. So, grab a friend and come join us for some self-care time!
