Overview
Kimberly Carson, MPH, C-IAYT, E-RYT guides participants in mindfulness meditation, breathing practices, movement and discussion.
Breath by Breath is a one hour weekly online drop-in mindfulness class every Tuesday of every week, 11:30-12:30pm PT/2:30-3:30pm ET.
Each class is free and supports people living with Parkinson's, care partners and other family members to improve their well-being and reduce stress.
