This workshop dives into the properties of physical matter and how it influences everything from the functioning of the human body to the grander universe.

Understanding the human phenomenon from the standpoint of physics, chemistry, neuroscience, and psychology gives a perspective to our everyday life to help motivate healthy practices of mindfulness, movement exercise, and metabolism by understanding the underlying science.

Merging concepts from multiple sciences, we will paint a picture of how the human body acts like an electrical capacitor holding a charge, resonating as a whole and complete circuit influenced by its geologic, solar, and cosmic environment.

We are proud to introduce the FIFTH of six workshops in our Mindset and Mindfulness Series with Professor Daniel Martin Rynerson! Professor Rynerson is the founder of SelfPerpetual.com, currently teaching Psychology at Montclair State University, and appearing as a regular speaker at Lectures on Tap. (The six-part workshop series can be taken as individual sessions—participants are welcome to book one workshop at a time and are not required to sign up for the entire series.)

GOOD TO KNOW:

This is part of a six week program: Mindset & Mindfulness.

This workshop is the second in a series of six, exploring Neuroscience, Psychology, and Eastern Philosophy, held every two weeks. While each session stands alone and can be attended in any order with no commitment to the full series, the workshops are intentionally curated to build upon one another, offering a progressively deeper and more transformative experience.

The full series is designed not just to be educational and informative but to provide a more immersive journey, with each session expanding on the previous one to foster greater understanding and personal growth.
