While writing from where we are continues as a practice our focus will narrow somewhat as we look to see how mindfulness can expand the writing process. What we find as mindfully engaging is that meaning itself becomes enhanced. It becomes larger and brings a clarity that is often missing in our writing and in our lives. The writing process will expand and make available to the writer a new sense of purpose and meaning. As the exploration continues it is possible to see the actual transformation that this new meaning brings to our practice.
