Mindfulness for Women with ADHD: Working with the Inner Critic
By Create Space Mindfully
Multiple dates
Overview
Together, participants will learn about their beautiful neurology, explore their inner dialogue, and practice mindfulness.
Led by a neurospicy mindfulness guide, this series invites diagnosed and self-diagnosed womyn with ADHD (diagnoised or not) into a weekly two-hour sanctuary of belonging, truth, and inner reclamation.
You are not broken.
Your brain is not the problem.
And this is not a place to be fixed —
It is a place to remember who you are beneath the noise. (oh, there is so much noise!)
Each session weaves together radical self-compassion, deep education on the lived experience of ADHD, and the liberatory tools of mindfulness and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) — all held in the juicy embrace of sacred ritual and community.
We’ll explore:
- Your inner dialogue — not to silence it, but to listen, love, and re-language it
- The four pillars of NVC: observation, feelings, needs, and boundaries — as a path of sovereign communication
- How to meet your neurology with grace, tools, and power
