After decades of self-medicating undiagnosed ADHD, she found healing through mindfulness, sobriety, and deep inner work. Today, she runs A Mighty Rebel, where she coaches individuals managing ADHD and reclaiming their power.Jennifer holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and is certified through TNMI. She brings lived experience, honesty, and a rebellious spirit to every session.
