About this event

If you are like most of the people, you want to feel calmer, more present, and fully alive — not constantly stuck in busy mode, distracted, or checked out

To actually enjoy your life, and the moments that matter!

The more your attention drifts to worries, to-do lists, and “what ifs,” the more your well-being suffers.

But it feels impossible to be present when there is constant stress, racing thoughts, and overload of responsibilities...Here's the truth: the ability to pause, slow down and be present does not come by chance, but by retraining the mind to stay in the present moment. This skill is called mindfulness.

It's an ancient, now scientifically proven practice that trains your mind to return your attention back to what’s real and happening now.

There is a famous study by Harvard that concluded, ‘a wandering mind is an unhappy mind.’ That’s exactly why mindfulness works — it trains your attention to return to the present, breaking the autopilot cycle that erodes your mental health

You may have tried yoga, breathwork, journaling, or creative flow. They can all support presence — but here’s the catch: mindfulness is the foundation that makes every one of them work!

In yoga, it’s the awareness of breath and alignment.

In journaling, it’s noticing your thoughts and emotions.

In breathwork, it’s paying attention to each inhale and exhale.

Presence doesn’t come from the activity itself it comes from the awareness you bring to it!That’s why mindfulness is the core skill that makes every practice deeper and more transformative

This is why I believe that mindfulness is the most effective way to quiet the restless mind, calm your body, and be present — so you can finally stop living on autopilot and create lasting well-being.

Without mindfulness skills, how can you truly quiet your mind, calm your body, and break free from autopilot — the very thing keeping you from showing up in your own life?

This is why I created the Anchored Heart & Mind Mindfulness Meditation Class!

In this class, I teach quick and easy everyday practices that help you spent more time in the here and now so you don's miss the moments that truly matter in life.

It's designed for real life — no need for hours of silence or a perfect routine.

In this class, you’ll learn simple, everyday practices to pause, reset, and de-stress without adding more to your already full day —all in just a few minutes a day.

Research shows mindfulness helps you with three big things:

✅ Lowers stress & anxiety — Mindfulness reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) and helps people regulate emotions more effectively

Improves focus & productivity — Training attention through mindfulness increases concentration and reduces “mental wandering.

Improves well-being & resilience — People practicing mindfulness report higher life satisfaction, better sleep, and improved mood regulation.

So why not learn to anchor your mind & body in the present moment so that you stop drifting through life and start being present for it?

Here's What To Expect When You Join The Class:

✅ A 60-minute guided mindfulness session to help you pause, reset and de-stress

✅ Practical mindfulness tools designed to help you stay present in daily life

✅ A safe, welcoming space — no prior meditation experience required

✅ Drop-in format: join whenever you can, no ongoing commitment needed

✅ Each session includes a concrete “real life” or at-home practice you can take with you

✅ Supportive community where you can simply show up as you are
