It’s a monthly gathering for mindful women in business, career transitions, or seeking creative or professional growth. We blend focused co-working time, gentle accountability, and a peer-based mastermind format called the Clarity Seat. It’s supportive, structured, and real.

What's the Clarity Seat?

The Clarity Seat is our version of a "hot seat." One or two attendees are invited to share a current challenge or goal. The group listens mindfully, then offers reflections and supportive ideas.

What is a mastermind?

A mastermind is a small, intentional group where members come together to share ideas, offer support, and problem-solve. In each session, one or two women step into the “Clarity Seat” to explore a business or life challenge. The group listens deeply and offers thoughtful reflections and ideas.

Do I have to be a business owner to attend?

Not at all. This group is for women building a business, exploring a career shift, or simply craving meaningful connection, focus, and accountability.

How big is the group?

We keep it cozy—usually around 6 to 12 participants—so there's space for real connection and sharing.

What if I’m shy or new to this kind of thing?

You’re warmly welcome. You can participate at your own pace—no pressure to speak if you're not ready. Many of us are introverts, too.

What's included in the ticket?

Your ticket includes the full session plus a complimentary co-working day pass from our generous venue sponsor, Block 134.

Is this a one-time event?

This is a recurring gathering! We meet on the last Friday of every month, unless it falls on or near a major holiday. It’s a great way to build momentum and stay connected with other mindful, growth-oriented women over time. You’re welcome to attend once or make it a monthly ritual.

What does the co-working day pass include?

Your day pass includes open seating, Wi-Fi, tea/coffee, snacks, and a beautiful, calm space at Block 134. Unlike a noisy café or working from home, this space helps you stay present, productive, and distraction-free.

Can I meet up with someone from the group between sessions?

Absolutely. Many participants choose to connect with an accountability partner or small group between sessions. Your included co-working day passes are perfect for meeting up and working alongside one another—because doing the work doesn’t have to feel so… well, isolating.

What should I bring?

Bring your laptop or notebook, a to-do list (even a short one!), and an open heart. We'll provide the structure—you bring what you're working on.
