Mindful Watercolor
Unwind through the calming flow of watercolor in this fun and relaxing mindful art class. Designed for all skill levels, this class offers simple, engaging exercises that blend creativity with mindfulness. Each session encourages presence, ease, and self-expression—no artistic experience needed, just a willingness to slow down and enjoy the moment.
Supplies Needed:
- Pad of watercolor or mixed media paper in size of your choice
- Basic set of watercolors (Kids brands like Crayola are fine)
- Paint brush
- Water
- Sharpie or waterproof marker
About Your Teacher: Erin Scaia is a certified mindful art and meditation teacher with a deep passion for combining creativity and mindfulness. She became a certified mindful art and meditation teacher in 2022 after completing Mindful Creative Muse's Mindful Art and Teacher Training, accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance.
In addition to her mindfulness work, Erin is an intuitive reader, certified EFT Master Practitioner and has completed TrimatriTM Reiki Level 1.
Her unique approach helps individuals use art as a tool for fostering a deeper connection with themselves and promoting overall well-being. Erin's mission is to guide others on a creative journey that enhances mindfulness, inner peace, and personal growth.
