About this event

Find Your Ground through Mindful Stillness

This six-week series is about releasing what holds you back and cultivating practical tools to navigate life with more peace and resilience. Every breath is an opportunity to choose how you engage with the present moment. Feel Free to join one session or the entire series.

Experience a welcoming space to explore mindfulness — a powerful way to release tension, ease worries, and shift perspectives. Led by Debra, a seasoned writer, movement enthusiast, and lifelong explorer of practices that support well-being, this course blends honest, down-to-earth conversations (like, "Why is it so hard to just sit still?!") with gentle movement, guided meditation, and optional journaling.

Debra is a seasoned writer and movement enthusiast with a deep commitment to inclusive well-being. Debra brings experience in trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness meditation, body-positive yoga, and Pilates. She's trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), learning how mindfulness can help manage emotions, stress, and the daily impacts of systemic challenges. Debra creates a supportive environment where everyone can explore these practices.
