A few days after the full moon is the perfect time to pause, release, and begin again. Join us for a nourishing midday reset with mindful sound, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. Together we’ll realign our mindset and intentions, welcoming clarity, balance, and fresh energy for the season ahead while letting go of anything that no longer serves you.
No experience or preparation needed. Come as you are; beginners are warmly encouraged.

- Provided: Soothing tea from Luminous Tea House in Longmont, lavender / unscented weighted eye pillows, and cozy blankets
