Come play in nature on an easy and beautiful walk with Dr. Gaby.

This event is about practicing self-compassion, presence and the practice of “noting” while walking in nature. Take a pause from daily life routines and treat yourself to a couple hours of mindful presence and grounding in nature. Connect with yourself, other mindful humans and nature in an abundant environment, surrounded by the birdsong, stunning views and the fresh air. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, reflect, and show yourself some love. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
