Who is this program for?

This is for any mum - at any stage of motherhood, who wants to feel calmer, more present & less overwhelmed. No prior experience is required. This will be a powerful journey for each of us.

Do I have to attned live?

Live is absolutely always going to be best for both real human connection and accountability. However, we are all mums, and we get it - sessions may be recorded.

What happens in each session?

Each week there will be a mix of education, self-exploration, journaling and group activities to connect with other mums. We will end each session with a wind down guided meditation perfect for slipping into wind down time.

What do I need?

Just a device with internet access, a quietish spot, if possible (again, we get it), your workbook which will receive ahead of time & your beautiful self!

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! This program is perfect for beginners and people who have an understanding of mindfulness already!

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you can't make it you can gift your spot to another mum, just let us know!

How do I join?

Once you register, you'll receive an email with your Zoom link, workbook and everything you need to get started.

Will sessions be recorded? What about privacy?

Each session will be recorded so any mums who can't attend live don't miss out. Privacy will always be respected. You can turn off your camera & use a nickname if you prefer. Sharing is completely option although highly recommended. Sensitive conversations can be edited out of re requested.
