Mindful Movements is an ongoing movement-focused series created to help people reconnect with their bodies, move with intention, and create space for clarity and connection.

Each Mindful Movements session may explore different modalities, themes, or practices.

This January gathering centers on Pilates, guided conversation, and vision board creation to support intentional forward motion at the start of the year.

This gathering is for anyone craving movement, clarity, and community without pressure.

January Session Details:

• 30 minutes of Pilates

• 20 minutes of guided group conversation

• 60 minutes of vision board creation

Event Schedule

12:00 PM — Doors Open
12:15–12:45 PM — Pilates Flow (Session I)
12:45–1:15 PM — Pilates Flow (Session II)
1:15–1:30 PM — Transition & Refresh
1:30–1:50 PM — Guided Connection
2:00–3:00 PM — Vision Board Creation

Tickets:

$45 per person

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing to move in

Water bottle

We’ll provide all the materials needed for vision board creation. If you already have photos, words, or ideas you’re excited about, feel free to bring them with you. We’ll also have magazines and supplies available, and since the creation portion is one hour, having a general idea in mind can help you stay present and focused.

Come move with intention, connect in community, and create from a grounded place.
