Mindful Movements: End-of-Year Recovery Flow
Kick off the New Year's Eve festivities at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the New Balance Run Hub with a grounding yoga class on Wednesday, December 17 at 7:00–7:45 a.m. or 8:00–8:45 a.m.
This recovery-based session offers a calm moment to recharge before our week of celebrations leading into 2026. Through gentle movement and guided breath work, you’ll restore tired muscles, reduce stress, and set an energized tone for the season.
Yoga mats are available for loan, but we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat. Water and sanitary wipes will be provided. Please bring your own towels.
