With everything the world is enduring stress and anxiety management is so necessary. Join me on the mat for this Mindful Movement Series.

Breathe. Move. Release.


This workshop will include gentle yoga designed to support those experiencing anxiety through a blend of mindful movement, breath work, and grounding practices. You’ll be guided through slow, intentional yoga postures that help calm the nervous system and reconnect you with the present moment. Breath awareness and soothing techniques are woven throughout to encourage relaxation and ease.


Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a supportive space to unwind, this class offers a compassionate approach to reducing stress and cultivating inner calm.


All levels welcome. No prior experience necessary.

Mats are provided.
