How can movement help with stress and anxiety?

Movement supports stress relief, mindfulness, and emotional regulation by helping your body process and release built-up tension. Engaging in guided movement can calm your nervous system, improve your mood, and bring a greater sense of balance.

What should I wear or bring to the session?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely - yoga pants, leggings, sweatpants, or even pajamas work great. You won’t need any special equipment, but having a little space to move and a quiet environment can enhance your experience.
