Women seeking to support their well-being will alleviate stress and acquire practical tools for a mind-body practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Anna will provide pose variations to accommodate your needs in every class.

What to Expect:

Breathwork: Guided breathwork is incorporated to cultivate awareness and enhance your connection to the present moment. These techniques will help you manage stress, promote relaxation, and deepen your overall practice.

Physical Practice: Flow through a series of asanas (yoga poses) tailored to support both your physical and emotional well-being. Each session will incorporate mindful movement to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, all while encouraging self-compassion and awareness.

Mindful Meditation: Conclude with a meditation practice designed to foster inner peace, mental relief, and clarity. Anna will guide you in techniques that you can integrate into your daily life, helping you build resilience and find balance on and off the mat.

Yoga Concepts for Daily Life: Throughout the classes, Anna will integrate various yoga concepts and lifestyle management to share practical applications for self-exploration. Gain insights on foundational yoga practices that can be applied beyond the mat to support your overall wellbeing in a community-oriented, small group setting.
