Mindful Movement @ The Square, a new series presented by cp:yoga.

This collaboration series, is designed to keep the cp:yoga community moving and introduce other incredible community leaders and friends in fitness to the beautiful space at The Square.

The movement continues, with a focus on supporting our running community with the talented Frank Cadle of FJC

Through a mix of active warm-ups, bodyweight circuits, core stability work, and runner-specific mobility flows, you’ll build durability in your hips, glutes, and ankles—areas most prone to tightness and overuse. Expect a balance of conditioning and recovery: high-energy movement sequences paired with lengthening stretches that improve range of motion and stride efficiency.

Whether you’re tackling your very first 5K or chasing a new marathon PR, this class is designed to support your journey. And as we cheer on our friends running the NYC Marathon and the historic 50th Marine Corps Marathon, this is the perfect time to reconnect with your body, celebrate movement, and train smarter together.
