Mindful Movement @ The Square, a new series presented by cp:yoga.
This collaboration series, is designed to keep the cp:yoga community moving and introduce other incredible community leaders in fitness.
Our next Mindful Movement class will be hosted by Dan Kain, a health and wellness leader, strength coach, HYROX athlete and men's mental health advocate. Dan is a leader in and outside of the gym, with a heavy focus on how healing and wellness can be rooted in fitness. Attendees are in for a real treat!
His workout will focus on strength & teamwork. Our relationships can either hold us back or propel us forward. Both result in growth, but it's morst important to remeber that we are stronger, and can go farther, when we are working together!
So grab your accountability buddy - this can be a friend, family member or partner - come for the movement and stay for all that The Square has to offer.
