Mindful Movement: Steady Presence Through Yoga
Overview
Description:
In a world that pulls us in every direction, it’s easy to lose our center and drift away from the body. This weekly session is an invitation to slow down, feel the ground beneath you, and return to presence. Through yoga, somatic practices, and simple embodiment tools, you will learn how to come back to yourself, moment by moment. Join Adrian Molina for an accessible and grounded approach to embodied living that honors both the nervous system and the heart. Together we will explore curiosity, breath, and steady awareness. The session will take place on a yoga mat, with supportive options available for those who prefer to remain in a chair.
Session Goals & Outcomes ✔ Reconnect with your body as a source of safety, clarity, and strength. ✔ Learn trauma-informed somatic tools to support emotional regulation and nervous system health. ✔ Practice mindful movement that meets you where you are—no experience required.
