Mindful Movement @ The Square, a new series presented by cp:yoga.

This collaboration series, is designed to keep the cp:yoga community moving beyond yoga and finding other ways to connect through movement.

Join us on Saturday, October 25th for our next Mindful Movement class hosted by Marcus Lowe, the founder of The LAB DC. This class will be challenge attendee and empower them. Focusing on mindful movements to build strength, increase your endurance and enhance your overall well-being.

This workout is FREE and a great way to meet the mind being this local, DC fitness community. The LAB DC hosts classes daily out of Flex DC in Mount Vernon Triangle. Classes are designed to help attendees meet their own goals, whether that means PR'ing a lift, performing better in your next race or simply feeling good about the way you move.
