Led by experienced health professionals with extra training in yoga

Interdisciplinary support - Pain Physiotherapist (Sarah Creamer) and Health Psychologist (Hannah Tregea)

Includes practical skills for pain including targeted mindfulness, gentle movement and essential pain facts.
