Looking to start the week off right? Join Dr. Maya for 30 minutes of guided meditation and somatic grounding that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for whatever Monday has in store.
What To Expect:
- You'll log in to the online session—feel free to drop in camera on or off—and be invited to give a quick check in if you like, out loud or in the chat.
- Dr. Maya will teach a quick somatic grounding tool that's something you can use throughout the week, anytime you feel stress catching up with you.
- Then, she'll spend the rest of your session guiding the group through a meditation together. You'll wind up your time togther feeling relaxed and restored.
