Release & Realign is a powerful two-hour virtual session designed to help you release emotional weight, outdated patterns, and mental clutter — and realign with your center.
Through grounding exercises, breathwork, guided journaling, and an optional release ritual, you’ll explore what you're ready to let go of and gently make space for who you're becoming. You'll end the evening with clarity, intention, and a deeper connection to your inner self.
This workshop blends mindfulness, emotional reflection, and simple creative practices to support your healing and growth — no pressure, no judgment, just truth and release.

- Optional: a small piece of paper to write & “burn” (tear up as a ritual)
- Art materials (optional): watercolors, paint, or colored pens for expressive reflection
- Candle, incense, or calming object (optional but welcome)
