Mindful Meditation & Journaling: A Virtual Self-Care Experience
Overview
About the experience:
We live in a society that urges us to move quickly, encourages multitasking, and celebrates being endlessly busy. This cozy, virtual, self-care experience is about countering that by slowing down and creating space for stillness and self-reflection through guided meditation and intentional journaling exercises. This is about giving an hour of your day back to yourself to pause, breathe, settle your mind, and maybe nurture the parts of you that might be overlooked. You are invited to join whether you're new to meditation and journaling or already have a practice and want to cultivate it further.
What you can expect from the experience:
A 60-minute live virtual gathering with other like-minded individuals where you will be guided through:
🧘♀️ A calming mindfulness meditation focused on grounding and breathwork
📝 A reflective journaling session using specific prompts to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental way
🫂 Optional group sharing in a supportive space to build connection and community
Feel free to bring tea, light a candle/incense, and wear comfy clothes to create a cozy environment for yourself.
