If you’ve been feeling the pull to meditation but aren’t sure where to begin, come and join us! This meditation class is for those of us looking to build a meditation practice, to slow down, ease anxiety, overwhelm or find a little more calm.

The class is led by me, Hannah. I’m an experienced facilitator and meditator and I believe meditation is for everyone; the key is in finding what feels good. I’ll gently guide you through simple practices to help you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and find some calm. No experience is needed, just a desire to learn something new.

Together we will…

  • Learn how to create a meditation practice that feels good and works with your lifestyle
  • Explore simple ways to bring mindfulness into your day to ease anxiety and overwhelm
  • Discover practices that support feeling calm, present, and connected in everyday life
  • Try out a variety of meditation techniques and practice them together
  • And enjoy guided meditations for deep relaxation and rest

Whether you’re brand new to meditation, or wanting to deepen an existing practice, there will be something here for you.

You can join any single class or take the full series. Each session can stand alone but attending them together creates a beautiful journey and gives you an opportunity to feel your practice deepen over the weeks. It just depends on what works best for you.



WHAT TO BRING

If you have one, please bring a yoga mat and a notepad/journal. Cushions, blanket and eye masks will be available but feel free to bring your own.

The class will run every Tuesday in June, 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.

Do I need to know how to meditate?

No, let's start at the very beginning and find what feels good for you

Do I need to be spiritual?

No, you don't need to be anything. To some, meditation can be a deeply spiritual act and for others it can be something light that starts the day or a tool that helps ease an anxious mind. I believe that finding what feels right for you is the most important and this will be honoured in this space.

What do I need to bring?

If you have one, please bring a yoga mat and a notepad/journal. Cushions, blankets and eye masks will be available but feel free to bring your own.

Do I need to attend all 4 classes?

No, attending all four sessions gives you the opportunity to practice and feel your meditations deepen as the weeks pass by, but jumping in for one or two works perfectly too. There's a discount when booking all 4.
