You need clarity. A way to untangle the mental noise. A portal out of the feeling of being stuck on a loop that never ends. Stress wears you down and drains your energy.
Join me for a two hour guided mindful hike - your chance to slow down, breathe deep, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
Inspired by the monks in the book, Hiking Zen, who found clarity on the Appalachian Trail, we'll practice mindful movement through one of Nashville's beautiful local parks.
No experience needed.
Together we'll,
- Walk at a beginner-friendly pace with intention, not speed
- Practice simple mindfulness techniques to clear mental clutter
- Experience periods of silent hiking to tune into nature's rhythm and your inner voice
- Connect with fellow mindful hikers ready to trade burnout for adventure
This 2 hour experience is perfect for beginners curious about hiking or anyone craving a reset. You'll also receive a post-hike resource guide.
What to bring: Comfortable shoes, water, journal/writing utensil, and an open mind.
Join me for 2 hours of guided mindful hiking, community connection, and resources to support your journey from burnout to aliveness. Spots are limited to facilitate a peaceful, grounded experience for everyone.
