Grief touches each of us, but we often struggle to find space to explore it with honesty and care. Mindful Grief is a supportive group space that offers a gentle, imaginative approach to engaging grief through the OutoftheBox method—a unique storytelling experience grounded in wisdom stories, mindful reflection, and creative expression.
Each session centers around a different story told with simple objects on cloth or in sand, inviting you to reflect, respond, and reconnect with your own inner landscape of loss. Rooted in the values of wisdom, wonder, and wellbeing, OutoftheBox fosters a safe and spacious environment for honoring grief without judgment, fixing, or rushing. Come to listen, feel, and be present—with yourself, with others, and with the story you are still living.
Feel free to attend any or all of the sessions, they are not sequential. This is an inclusive grief space, all forms of loss are welcome.
