Discover how one humble orange squash can teach us big lessons in reducing food waste.

Please join Chef Nick on Wednesday, December 10th and discover how one humble ingredient can teach us big lessons in reducing food waste. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the full potential of pumpkin. From seeds to skin, you will be learning how to use it creatively in the kitchen while embracing mindful cooking practices. Participants will gain practical tips for storage, preparation, and repurposing, transforming what’s often discarded into nutritious and delicious dishes. You'll also enjoy some delicious pumpkin inspired treats from The Wild Ramp Harvest Kitchen. By honoring the whole pumpkin, we’ll connect everyday cooking choices to a broader commitment of sustainability and resource stewardship.

Though often overlooked, pumpkin is technically a fruit! Bring a friend and enjoy some inventive pumpkin-inspired treats while we dive into all the surprising, flavorful ways you can use pumpkin in the kitchen.
