Discover how art-making can be a form of meditation, helping you to focus, relax, and tap into your creative flow. No prior art experience is necessary. By the end of the class, you'll have the tools to continue practicing mindfulness through art on your own.

- Paper
- Pen or Pencil
- Sharpie or Black Marker
Optional Supplies:
- Size 05 Micron Pen or Fine Point Sharpie
- Markers, colored pencils or crayons (if you want to do coloring)
About Your Teacher: Erin Scaia is a certified mindful art and meditation teacher with a deep passion for combining creativity and mindfulness. She became a certified mindful art and meditation teacher in 2022 after completing Mindful Creative Muse's Mindful Art and Teacher Training, accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance.
In addition to her mindfulness work, Erin is an intuitive reader, certified EFT Master Practitioner and has completed TrimatriTM Reiki Level 1.
Her unique approach helps individuals use art as a tool for fostering a deeper connection with themselves and promoting overall well-being. Erin's mission is to guide others on a creative journey that enhances mindfulness, inner peace, and personal growth.
